Through the creativity and skilled craftsmanship of our Dim Sum chefs, we reinterpret various heartfelt intangible cultural heritage Dim Sum, allowing diners to reminisce about traditional Dim Sum while also savoring unique contemporary flavors of Chung's Tea House.
Each Dim Sum presented in a bamboo steamer showcases the chef's artistry and skill, allowing both local and international visitors to experience the profound cultural power that Chinese cuisine has accumulated over thousands of years.
