Currently, Best Harvest Food limited is supplying major five-star hotels and high-end private clubs in Hong Kong. We employ former chefs from five-star hotels to improve our existing products and techniques regularly and we continuously explore and develop new products to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
To ensure the food safety and quality, our facility is equipped with our own laboratory. All our food undergoes strict hygiene and quality management, including regular sampling and testing complying to the regulations of the Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. Our factory has obtained ISO22000 and HACCP certifications. In our pursuit of continuous improvement and progress, we are committed to achieving even higher standards of food safety in the future.
Currently, our facility is capable of supplying various products, including traditional Chinese dim sum, semi-finished products, cooked dishes, marinated meat products, pastries, cookies, Hong Kong-style baked goods, Western soups, sauces, slow-cooked meat products, ready-to-eat roasted meats such as roasted pork, duck, and goose. Seasonal products are also the key development projects for us which includes Chinese New Year Cake, mooncake and Poon Choi, and we provide comprehensive services in these fields.
